Sunday 18 March 2012: The freshest pineapple possible
After a somewhat eventful journey including an unplanned night in Dubai, here we are in Kerala staying at Pimenta Spice for a cooking holiday - more to come of course!
There are fields of pineapples around - the fruits are small and incredibly sweet. On arrival we had a very refreshing 'smoothie" just crushed pineapple semi- frozen.
