Sunday 18 March 2012: Little architectural details
We've been home for a couple of weeks now after our renovation project. I know, I may have mentioned it a few times in the last year or so. Forgive me, but it's one of the biggest upheavals we've undergone in all our years of married and family life.
This morning the sun was out and I could see the benefit of the little overhang we designed to cover part of the patio at the back of the house. It will be a lovely spot to shelter from the sun in high summer - we do sometimes have days like that in Scotland.
