Monday 19 March 2012: A Host of Blowing Daffodils

The high wind sign was flashing on the bridge on the way home and the wind was uber chilly today.

So when I got home I ventured out briefly to the garden and allowed nature to do what it would :) The daffodils obliged

Just had a chat on the phone to my folks. Its Dad's 76th birthday today - happy birthday Dad and here's to many more. It hardly seems possible to me that he is that age. But as he said tonight, compared to many, he has had it easy and is in relatively good health.

To the taxi driver who cut me up on the way home and then flashed all his lights, I apologise. I now understand that, in your clumsy way you, were trying to let me know that one of my brake lights out. I should not have gesticulated in the manner I did. I am a little overprotective of my braking distance :)
