Been training for a 10k. Started with a program and did fine until I reached week 3. Then the program bumped up the intensity more than I liked and I started stressing and avoiding running altogether. But wait! I like running! Exercising should be a de-stressor, not the opposite. So I've struck out on my own, making up a slower program as I go and am feeling much better for it :)
