Heart of the Ocean

Up in Harbin and Terri and I went to Polar Land. After a little difficulty actually getting there we really enjoyed most aspects of it. In my opinion, the enclosures are way too small but just seeing such magnificent creature so close up was amazing, You can actually lean on a (very thick) glass wall and be literally 8 inches away from a polar bear. Terri got a really good picture of one.

This picture is of the crown jewel of the whole place. Two beluga whales and their trainers making a heart shape under the water. It was pretty good to see live. It's a pity the join in the glass wall is right in the middle of the picture.
