Take one baby elephant, wash

Up early this morning to stop on the way to Kochi (Cochin) to see the elephants from an orphanage having their morning wash. I've better photos but on the camera rather than phone unfortunately! This one is about 6 months old. It loved being scrubbed and was very attached to its keeper.

Yesterday, we made many dishes including cauliflower masala, string beans with coconut sauté and 2 sambals. All proved delicious when we ate them for supper! Already learnt some new techniques! And for someone who's not a favourite of cauliflower that was particularly delicious!
