Tuesday 20 March 2012: Spring

Today is the spring equinox, seems about right for bulbs, shrubs & trees - lots of flowers starting to appear.
There is a reason for yellow flowers first but I can't remember it- here's a photo of some yellow forsythia flowers on our shrub.
