Wednesday 21 March 2012: Aloo Ghobi - Kerala style

I thought I'd share one of the dishes we cooked today - cauliflower and potato - allo gobi - onion, ginger garlic paste, chilies, tomatoes, cauliflower, turmeric, garam masala. I wish you could smell the result!
