La Mouche
Different sort of blip. This is a detail of the latest gift from some very considered friends, that know my liking for beautifully crafted knives. This is a typical Laguiolle knife, from a town of the same name, in the Auvergne region of France. (The town is also famous for a restaurant run by a chef called Michel Bras; i know... But he does have three Michelin stats!) The fly is the trademark symbol of the Laguiolle pocket knives. I absolutely love it!!! I used to have one way back as a kid but lost it somewhere in one of my house moves. Now, I have a replacement Thanks Fingal and Giana. :-)
