Wednesday 21 March 2012: Look What I Made Mummy
Aidan made this wee cake at nursery today. When I went to pick him up, he was sitting in the book corner with his group listening to his teacher read The Tiger Who Came to Tea. He was clutching his cake, and at the same time he was mesmerised by the story, nodding and not taking his eyes from his teacher.
Niamh has started to say "ba ba" and even does it when we say it to her. She is quite pleased with herself and Aidan was so impressed hearing her make a clear and definite sound. He has been very patient waiting for his sister to "talk". He will be beside himself when she finally says "Aidan" - exciting times ahead.
