Weather report
Last night the weather report was 'sunshine'
for a while...
and then it suddenly changed to 'rain'.
It was a pretty good description for today,
not just the weather, but also my day in general!
Started well,
but deteriorated.
Project going bad,
me getting grumpy,
people not delivering the basics.
So this afternoon everyone came together to assess,
and I got to play bad cop.
Needless to say I went for the jugular
and fingers crossed that people got the message,
and they get moving before it's too late!
The only thing about those sorts of meetings
is that I always come out
feeling exhausted.
Totally shattered now.
