Thursday 22 March 2012: Sunshine on Beith
What a difference a bit of sunshine makes - it almost made the early start bearable, but not quite. Niamh was awake and chatting at 5.30am this morning. Hubby gave her some milk at 6am hoping she would go back to sleep for a bit... no luck though. I am really, really hoping this is a phase.
Great day though - lots of giggles from Niamh, especially when she was on the swing at the park this morning. Another source of entertainment for her is to take a rice cake out my mouth and then to put it back in. She was cracking up at this.
Aidan has been decided Standard English is for losers - I overheard him saying, "How you daein'?" to his sister while we were shopping. He has also taken to saying, "Am away an' I'll see ya later!" I am blaming my Dad for this one.
Another funny from today was hearing Aidan in the back seat of the car saying, "Someone just picked my nose there, and I think it was Niamh." Where did I get this boy?
