Saturday 24 March 2012: Not a heatwave
While the rest of the country is basking in glorious sunshine, we have dense fog rolling in from the North Sea and there is no sign of it dissipating. I ventured into the back garden in PJs and slippers to capture the soggy web. Hubby cut the grass yesterday so my feet were covered in wet grass cuttings and mud. Lovely. He stood watching from the kitchen window, all the while shaking his head and raising his eyes to Heaven.
