March Challenge - Ugly - The Inverse of Beauty

The toughest challenge yet for me.

If beauty is in the eye of the beholder, then surely so is ugly.

I did think of doing an Ugli fruit, but there were none in the shops.

What is ugly to some is not to others. I love rust - it is full of textures and patterns, yet others think that it is horrible. I love fungi - for the same reason - others consider it just to be mould, the product of decay.

So, what is ugly - the inverse (or opposite) of beauty.

Here is a ladybird on one of the first flowers to bloom in my garden, inverted in Photoshop. Does that make it ugly - I don't think so, maybe I failed today.
