Saturday 24 March 2012: The Barras

Well this week the Chancellor increased the tax on cigarettes, putting them up by around 37p a packet.

Not here.

There are people selling them at the Barras market cheaply and you can be sure the Exchequer won't see a penny of it!

You don't see them in the picture but they were just along from me. The most popular one seemed to be the guy who was selling "Cigarettes, Tobacco, and Viagra".
