What a find!

When Eoghan was on the way to a business appointment last week he passed an interesting looking shop in a part of Glasgow he doesn't pass through often. Needing a coffee he went in and discovered a nirvana of great food supplied by a company attempting to be as ethical as possible. Whole Foods Market is a fantastic place and we went shopping there today with his mum cos they have loads of high quality gluten free foodstuffs. This is the cranberry and pecan sourdough bread (I may live on it exclusively from now on) and the dirty blob is a golden beet root which I'm going to cook tomorrow. The cheese counter in this place alone would warrant a morning to itself! And the bread counters well ............. If you're in the Giffnock area any time give it a visit!!
