Sunday 25 March 2012: Barbeque Series No.3

Continuing on with my beloved barbie.
Tonight,we have King Salmon bought from the shop around the corner.I remember the old school days when we would catch them off the waters near Vancouver Island.I love salmon like kiwis love blue cod.
Tonight we it covered in cajun,a little dill and a few drops of lemon juice.Tzatziki on the side.It doesn't get better than that!
