Monday 26 March 2012: Mt Karioi.
Its nice here in Raglan I dont have to get up as early as in Canterbury to see a sunrise.This morning we were lucky to see Mt Karioi without cloud hanging over her.
Mt Karioi is an extinct volcano and according to M?ori legend the Karioi was a jilted M?ori Princess who, upon discovering that love was lost, lay down and rests until this day.
