Saturday 6 September 2008: Shiver in My Bones Just Thinkin' About the Weather
Remnants of Hurricane Hanna blew in last night and hung around for the day. Didn't really make it outside to get a photo today, so I'm blipping one of my dogs. This is Maisie, and she really doesn't like thunderstorms or violent downpours. She's had a tough summer -- we've had to refill her Xanax prescription about 5 times.
Edited to add: Please don't feel too sorry for her...during a break in the rain she ran outside and returned to her usual mischief -- digging holes in the woods and eating the tomatoes off the vines in my garden!
