Life with The Pinks

sunny friends

It's been such a lovely day. Church this morning for Master pink (sunday school) and me (Whizz Kids), and then we went to Jimmy's Farm to meet up with some good friends for lunch and a play.

Jimmy's farm is such a fab place to go anyway, but today we had lunch in their new(ish) restaurant to celebrate Mr D's 40th birthday. The food was lovely, and it's a lovely sunny, family friendly restaurant. I particularly enjoyed the pigsty pudding - yum!

After lunch we went out into the farm for a walk around, we didn't have time to do the full farm trail (we'd spent too long chatting and eating), but we enjoyed darwin's garden and the barn with baby lambs with their mums. There were three born this morning lambs in there, and some mummy sheeps ready to pop by the look of it.

The mini pinks had a lovely time. Master Pink enjoyed his time chatting to baby Luke and making him laugh, and rolling down the grassy hill. Miss Pink enjoyed running around with Miss D (pictured) and generally being outside in the sunshine. they are pictured here both squeezed onto Darwin's chair.
