Ice Cream o'clock

Finally... summer has arrived! Though this is probably one of the few sunny days in Scotland and I had to spend it working and now doing homework I did manage to squeeze in a not so wee tasty treat and have a walk along the meadows. The apple and blackberry crumble ice cream choice was one of the best desicions I have ever made- a pudding in a cone?... who knew it?...NOM
