Monday 26 March 2012: Chill Out Day
After all the travel and full on tourist activity of the last 10 days, it was time to chill out today and do next to nothing while sitting relaxing in the sun.
Airlie Beach has a wonderful man made lagoon, which is ideal for swimming and taking in some of the Oz rays. A shower of warm rain passed through and everyone found shelter for a few minutes. I noticed a group of young back packers sheltering from the rain and thought they made a nice silhouetted composition along with the trees and street furniture. Would loved to have had some editing facilities to to get the shot I was after, but might play around with it when we get home.
Heading off tomorrow for a one night stop somewhere en route to Noosa.
