Plates on the wall

I've never seen plates on the wall before, but this is in a western food restaurant near the school. We had dinner in this "Seek Fooding Restaurant". Have no idea what that means, but the " fooding" was actually quite nice. We ordered plenty of stuff and had a peaceful dinner listening to old English songs. Really felt like a date.
The decoration was green and white, which was weird but interesting. I'm sure we'll go back to this "fooding" place some other time.
