Quiet, warm, barefoot day. Lovely, except for the tick I found on my ankle whilst doing Yoga, errrr yuk.
TIP:Don't trust friends to get ticks out when you can reach them yourself. Mel did a rubbish job and left the mouth parts attached. No signs of Lymes Disease yet, but it's early days yet!!!!
