flying at 3am

I know it will happen again

they will be back again,

at 3am.

I had some words in my head today

some words i wanted to share

but I lost them somewhere

around 2pm

about the time I lost inspiration for the day.

So tonight, without those words,

I had to force the motivation

for a photo

had to look hard for inspiration

and found a little in the end,

but... despite the effort...

i never did get those words back.

I'm ok with that though,

as i just sort of know

that around 3am,

I'll wake up to a dark room...

the sound of my heartbeat under the covers...

the sound of S1 breathing softly...

and the sound of those missing words

flying around my head again.

flying at 3am.
