Thursday 29 March 2012: Heather and Ella

I couldn't help but follow that amazing head of hair along Sauciehall Street this morning. It turns out it belongs to Heather and her daughter Ella, a natural model, is tucked under her wing. Heather came to Glasgow twelve years ago as a refugee from the Ivory Coast and initially lived in the Gorbals, but moved to the East End when she met her now husband. She told me she's an event manager (and will I come to an event she's holding to take portraits. My first gig?! Nooooooooo!!!!).
