Thursday 29 March 2012: Purple haze
Today had a slow start after my late night. I finally turned off the light at 2.30am after loading up my blip and then my gig pics and winding down enough to sleep. The ringing in my left ear (which is still going!) wasn't enough to drown out snoring (poor Ant has a cough/cold thing), even with the help of ear plugs, so it took me a while to nod off. When the alarm went off at 8:15, neither my mind nor my body were interested in cooperating. It took forever to become coherent and then I immediately started to feel tired again. I have managed to do some editing, I dialled into a teleconference and I'm now back to editing for just a little while longer.
I snook into the garden for 10 minutes earlier to reproduce a photo that I've consigned to the 'not-today pile' a few times over the last week. It was probably my last chance today, as the hyacinth is getting way past its best, so it's back to a macro again :)
