Thursday 29 March 2012: Pure Magic
The last time I saw Paul Daniels perform, Bella was a mere twinkle in my eye and I ended up on stage for most of the second half of his act.
So it was great to go again tonight with Bella and see the routine I'd found myself tangled up in being performed on two other unwilling volunteers.
It was hilarious - even the stuff you've seen five times before. He definitely gets better with age.
Bella didn't get a lot of the humour, but she did giggle quite a lot and I think Debbie McGee's fabulous dresses more than made up for the jokes she missed.
And we bumped into Mr & Mrs 42!
