Thursday 29 March 2012: Tiny Things
My find for the day: mystery things on the dutch irises. It's nearly impossible to see, but these little orange dots almost look like they are connected by a thin thread. There are a couple of other configurations, always in threes. The dots themselves are rough, like pollen. I will be watching them closely, but it's due to rain again and I'm afraid they will wash away. I'm guessing some kind of egg--any ideas out there?
