Saturday 31 March 2012: Our house and the bushes
The bushes in the front of our house are lovely when they come out but the flowers don't last long. They are quite early this year, like most other things fooled by the very warm March we've had.
Between our house and the main road there is a large mound covered with bushes. Apart from the bushes we've planted a couple of Scotch Pines, Budleia, Beech tree and there's a lovely silver birch which the landscapers planted when the houses were built in 1996.
Snapped this at the end of our morning walk after we'd crossed the main road, Abbeymead Avenue.
