Saturday 31 March 2012: The Peacock and the Moon

Today, I had a lovely afternoon tea with my Mum, my sister & her husband, my niece and nephew, at Prestonfield House Hotel. After tea, we took a wander around the gardens - it was a beautiful afternoon and there are lots of cool things there to photograph.

I had my first go at doing children's portraits and I'm quite happy with them - this peacock was screeching from the roof when we got back to the hotel and I liked the colour of the bird against the sky - the moon was an added bonus :)
