Friday 30 March 2012: Ulva Oysters and more

USCA - the Ulva School Community Association - held an event today which brought together a whole range of local, Argyll and national bodies and interests to discuss a sustainable future for the community and how such a future could best be achieved.

The meeting - in the school which was saved from closure just over a year ago ( see my blip here ) - was preceded by a superb lunch of local produce at Torloisk House , prepared by the two young women who own and operate the Boathouse Restaurant on Ulva.
