Wednesday 28 March 2012: Spire
We went to hear the Tallis Scholars this evening at St. Peter in Chains Cathedral in downtown Cincinnati. The Tallis Scholars have established themselves as the leading exponents of Renaissance sacred music throughout the world. Whilst I enjoyed the concert and admired their skill, for myself I prefer a program with more variety of music, so it wasn't one of our favorite concerts that we have seen there. I hadn't taken anything else during the day, so I just got this quick shot of the spire of the cathedral as we were approaching from the car park.
