Monday 2 April 2012: Flyby in Kaikoura
Like could I have planned for a more spectacular day.......no... but Rob and Martha did..well actually they didn't really, however we gave them the credit for it. We were musing outside in the garden when we were treated to a spectacular air shown ( just for us) - amazing, the Red Checkers on their way to Blenheim for an Air Show to mark the the Air Force's 75th anniversary and stopped in Kaikoura just for us!!!! Well more like Rob and Martha as they celebrated their wedding anniversary today of 42 years. It was amazing as we stood transfixed to there amazing aerobatic flying - wow....I took so many photos and couldn't decide on which one so hope you enjoy it - we certainly did.
