Monday 2 April 2012: No half measures
When making soda bread there is no point doing just one batch as it will disappear as soon as it comes out of the oven. I made enough to feed a family for a week but we - just the 2 of us - have demolished almost one whole batch already. It was yummy.
I am now basking in some Irish nostalgia watching " The Quiet Man ".
No snow yet and the sun is trying to appear.
