Espresso and a good slice of Pastiera Napoletana

Incredible but true after several hunting trips to Italian's deli around Scotland I have found all the ingredients to make this heart warming grandma recipe, although the ricotta is not the real deal!!!!! It came out pretty good.

I cannot give the recipe because is a "family" secret, and everyone makes its own variations ;)

It s sweet and reach and makes me happy
