It's been a while since I shared an image from Old Langley Lane. This is my favourite part of the walk down to the station, as the trees tower above, the lane sinks into the ground and you feel like you're descending into a tunnel. The effect will be even more marked in a few weeks time when the trees are leaf, but for the moment we're still enjoying the filigree of winter branches.

The tiny patch of blue was all we saw of the sky all day.

This could have been my entry for today in the April Bradford Photo a Day Challenge (theme word: "up"), but I went for a city centre image instead.

Two more days, and then my Easter break starts...
