First thing this morning, the sun made a brave attempt to cut through the mizzle.

The temperature has been falling slowly all day, there is snow forecast for later on. I have discovered that the Better Makeshift Tadpools fit nicely in the cheap plastic overwintering greenhouse, so the babies are all tucked up for the night, just in case.
