One Crowded Hour

city scape

I caught the bus into Perth today. Something I VERY rarely, if ever, do but the prospect of trying to find a car park at lunchtime was just too daunting.

A fantastic trip down with the best part of an hour to people watch, and what a diverse bunch they were getting on and off between the hills and the city. Tatooed and pierced, quiet and muttering, veiled and beanied and apart from me and a couple in their eighties at the front of the bus (oh and the bus driver too) all wired for sound.

The cbd is flanked on one side by a palm dotted Esplanade and Riverside but I was really surprised at the trees and greenery growing and thriving amongst the cars, busses, fumes and skyscrapers.
