The last Baby Teeth

Sune was born with congenital absent permanent maxillary lateral incisors. We have nursed the 2 baby teeth for many years, but finally the time has arrived to finalize the permanent replacements. Tomorrow she is having extensive jaw surgery and will definately not be so cheerful this time tomorrow night!

My Dearest, little Darlings,
You have filled the gaps in my life like nothing else could!
You have been nothing short than a saving grace.
You helped me through thick and thin,
Sweet and sour.
Together we have shared many a sunrise - almost 17!
Sadly, tomorrow will be the last time you will be present in the front row!
But I promise to keep you in a special little chest,
And will cherish the fond memories we share!
