Wednesday 4 April 2012: Goodbye Old Friend

This is the view from the Royal Yacht Club on Gourock looking across the Clyde Estuary. I was there with a large group of friends to say goodbye to one of the nicest photographers I have ever known.
When I started he was out as a young photographer he was so nice, friendly and encouraging. I have never forgotten from that day to this. I try to base how I deal with people on his laid back manner.
His name , Harry Turner who went by the great moniker of Monopress as his agency name. Harry always had a love of the sea and sailing so I thought this picture would be a good tribute to him.
