Wednesday 4 April 2012: Offers in excess of...

We had a look at a very shabby 4 bed detached Victorian house. It would be perfect for us - after considerable time and money spent on getting it homely. But even if we were the top bidders we aren't in a position to buy at the moment as we've only just decided to put our house on the market. We may as well offer more than we can afford just to see what happens (like I lose my job).
