Yay one more day at work and then a long weekend! So looking forward to it!

I am hoping to make some Easter cupcakes on Friday, I bought some mini eggs to go on top of them a few days ago. The temptations is too much, no-one will know if a few go "missing" ;o) I say that is a perk of being the chef!
