Wednesday 4 April 2012: Autumn
Well and truly.
Busy busy day (aren't they all!) and feeling suboptimal, thinking I am pushing the body a little hard, and it's rebelling.
Was supposed to go our riding, but instead I was home early, and early to bed. With correspondingly low blip energy.
