High tide coming

The Yorkshire coast escaped the freak extreme winter weather which hit, literally, much of the north of the UK, but it rained and rained, and the high winds battered buildings and people.
These winds whipped up impressive waves in Scarborough North Bay, although fortunately the wind direction meant the waves didn't break over too much. The wind and sand meant I was sand blasted walking to get this pic, wonderful for the complexion!
Followers might notice this is a back blip, as after working in the stormy weather, and then staring at the work computer without a break, the last thing I wanted to do was turn on my laptop at home. But today, the 5th, is a day off, so I can face a computer again...
