Away from the garden today.

Dutchoak organized a seminar on Cloud Computing for 120 IT architects. It was a huge success. It made everyone so very aware that even those who work at the frontiers of technology are caught completely unaware by a new wave of innovation coming from an unexpected direction. A lot of separate developments on which we have all worked in the past 20 years now combine to create the next big shift in the way our clients (and ourselves, for that matter) will organize their business processes.
We need to get our act together on this urgently or we will be behind the wave instead of on top!

Tomorrow: back in the garden. The tulips are about to bud. So are the cherry blossoms and you haven't seen the narcis and the hyacints either....
