Singing in the Rain

I saw this umbrella last night on my way home. It was still there this morning but had been blown further down the road after yesterday's lashing rain and gales. By this evening someone had put the traffic sign back up but the umbrella was still there all unloved and forlorn. It made me think of the late Queen Mum and her domed brollies.
