I think the reasoning is as follows: there was a story in which this guy died. To celebrate this there is a big event where people sell flowers to German tourists. Still following me? Anyway, it was quite busy already to my surprise....


The real active people were already going home with their stuff before 9. Djeez people, if you have the day off, take advantage of it!
