Friday 6 April 2012: Get Knotted
We went over to the National Waterways Boat Museum at Ellesmere port today. Over the Easter weekend there will be a large gathering of boats from all over the country as well as a Sea Shanty festival. There were three or four stages with continual performances throughout the day. It was excellent entertainment with lots of very talented people who all looked to be enjoying themselves.
Various crafts were also being demonstrated including rope making.
