subliminal message (sort of)

im not a religious person but after a 'meh' kind of day (no idea why just one of those days where i felt low) i decided to blip this verse, it hangs in our dining room and is one of the first cross stitch i did about 14 years ago.

i have always loved this verse and when i feel kinda down it sort of uplifts me reminding myself i am not alone and am surrounded by a lovely family who will 'carry' me through the bad times.
